Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs  Chicken Wings
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp  Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp  Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tbsp  Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp  Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp  Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onion (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 425°F.
  • Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • Toss the wings in a bowl with oil, pepper, and salt.
  • Arrange the wings on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • In a small saucepan, combine gochujang, honey, and brown sugar.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and vinegar.
  • Heat over medium-high until cooked.
  • Toss the wings in the sauce.
  • Return the wings to the baking sheet.
  • Bake for another 5-10 minutes. 
  • Enjoy your homemade wings!

Notes

  • Bake them longer if you like extra crispy wings.
  • Adjust sauce sweetness with honey.
