Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter.
  • 1/2 cup softened salted butter.
  • 4 cups powdered sugar.
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal.
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and butter in a bowl. Mix until the texture is very smooth.
  • Slowly stir in the powdered sugar. The dough will become thick and stiff.
  • Fold in the crispy rice cereal gently. Make sure it is evenly spread out.
  • Roll the dough into one-inch balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
