- 4 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 1 packet instant yeast.
- 1 cup warm milk.
- 4 tbsp melted butter.
- 1 large egg.
- 2 cups fresh blueberries.
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1 cup powdered sugar.
- 2 tbsp heavy cream.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Mix flour, sugar, and yeast together. Add milk, butter, and the egg. Knead until the dough is very smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover it with a warm cloth. Let it double in size for one hour.
Punch the dough down gently. Roll it into a large rectangle. Use a floured surface for this.
