- 1 lb Frozen Beef Taquitos
- 1 can Whole Tomatoes
- 1 bag  Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Gallon Water
- 2 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 2 cubes Tomato Base Bouillon
- 4-5Â Jalapenos
- Salt (to your liking)
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen beef taquitos for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Boil 1 gallon of water. Add 2 tomato bouillon cubes, 2 chicken bouillon cubes, and whole tomatoes. Boil, then reduce heat.
Add taquitos to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in jalapenos and salt. Simmer for 10 more minutes.
Turn off the heat, add shredded cheese, and stir. Serve with your favorite toppings.
- Let the sauce cook longer for a richer flavor.
- Don’t soak the taquitos too long to keep some crunch.
