Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Pickle

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour with all seasonings in bowl.
  • Combine buttermilk and beaten eggs together.
  • Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk mixture.
  • Coat chicken thoroughly in seasoned flour.
  • Heat oil to 350°F in skillet.
  • Fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels for crispiness.
  • Mix cabbage, mayo, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Season coleslaw with salt to taste.
  • Toast buns lightly until golden.
  • Place chicken on bottom bun half.
  • Top with coleslaw and pickle slices.
  • Cover with top bun and serve.
