Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and halve baby potatoes carefully.
  • Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.

  • Remove potatoes and set aside temporarily.
  • Sauté onions until they become translucent and soft.
  • Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan.
  • Cook mushrooms until they release their moisture.
  • Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir well.
  • Gradually add broth while stirring constantly.
  • Return potatoes to the creamy sauce mixture.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes soften.
  • Stir in sour cream and paprika gently.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving immediately.
