- 1 cup aged kimchi chopped
- 1 package cheese tortellini 9 oz
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons kimchi juice
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat sesame oil in large pot.
Add diced onion and cook until soft.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger.
Add chopped kimchi and kimchi juice.
Cook kimchi mixture for three minutes.
