Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice freshly squeezed is best
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Rinse Cranberries

  • First, wash your cranberries. Pick out any soft ones. Remove any stems too.

Combine Ingredients

  • Put cranberries in the saucepan. Add sugar and water. Pour in the orange juice. Add cinnamon and salt.

Bring to a Boil

  • Stir everything together. Place the pan on medium heat. Bring it to a boil.

Simmer the Sauce
