Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  • 2 cloves minced garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 fresh lemon sliced.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared pan.
  • Whisk oil, butter, garlic, and spices in a bowl.
