Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease your baking pan well.
  • Whisk flour and baking powder together. Set the bowl aside for later.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Use a high mixer speed.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Mix in the vanilla extract slowly.
  • Fold in the flour mixture gently. Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Poke holes in the warm cake. Whisk the three milks together. Pour the milk over the cake.
  • Refrigerate the cake for four hours. Top with whipped cream before serving.
