Don't overmix at this stage.
Gently fold the flour mixture into egg mixture.
Use a rubber spatula for this step.
Fold carefully to keep the airiness intact.
Pour batter into your prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
A toothpick should come out clean when inserted.
Whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream.
Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
Poke holes all over using a fork.
Pour the milk mixture slowly over entire cake.
Let it soak for at least 2 hours.
Refrigeration works best overnight.
Beat heavy cream with sugar and vanilla.
Whip until stiff peaks form nicely.
Spread this over the soaked cake evenly.
Dust the top with ground cinnamon lightly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve your guests.
