A large slow cooker or crockpot.
A long wooden spoon.
Two large baking sheets.
Parchment paper or wax paper.
Small paper candy liners (optional).
- 16 ounces salted dry roasted peanuts.
- 16 ounces unsalted dry roasted peanuts.
- 1 package 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- 1 package 12 ounces milk chocolate chips.
- 2 packages 10 ounces each peanut butter chips.
- 2 packages 24 ounces each white almond bark.
Place all the peanuts in the slow cooker. Add the chocolate chips on top. Finish with the almond bark pieces.
Turn your slow cooker to low heat. Cover it with the lid. Let it sit for one hour. Do not open the lid yet.
Open the lid after one hour. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon. Make sure the chocolate is very smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto parchment paper. Make them about two inches wide. Use a small cookie scoop for ease.
Allow the clusters to sit at room temperature. They need about two hours to harden. Do not touch them yet.
