Ingredients
  

  • Milk: 1 cup warm milk.
  • Yeast: 1 packet active dry yeast.
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
  • Butter: 1/2 cup softened butter.
  • Egg: 1 large egg.
  • Flour: 4 cups all-purpose flour.
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon salt.
  • Orange: 2 tablespoons orange zest.
  • Walnuts: 1 cup chopped walnuts.
  • Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
  • Powdered Sugar: 2 cups for glaze.

Instructions
 

  • Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for five minutes. Add butter, egg, and salt.
  • Slowly add flour to the mix. Knead until the dough is smooth. Use your stand mixer for this.
  • Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover it with a warm cloth. Let it double in size.
  • Roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread butter, zest, cinnamon, and walnuts. Roll it up tightly.
  • Cut into 12 even pieces. Place them in the pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  • Mix orange juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle over warm rolls. Serve them immediately.

  • Use fresh oranges for the best zest.
  • Make sure your milk is not too hot.
  • Toast the walnuts for extra flavor.
  • Don't rush the rising time.
  • Grease your baking pan very well.
