Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat chopped.
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns.
  • 1/4 cup quality mayonnaise.
  • 2 tbsp melted butter.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery.
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives minced.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cooked lobster into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a cold bowl.
  • Add mayo, lemon juice, and celery to the bowl. Stir gently so you don't crush the meat.
  • Add salt, pepper, and fresh chives. Taste it to make sure it is perfect.
