Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  • 4 slices of deli ham.
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese.
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard sauce.

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken between sheets of plastic wrap. Pound them until they are thin.
  • Place one slice of ham on each breast. Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top.
  • Roll the chicken tightly. Use toothpicks to hold them together.
  • Brush each roll with melted butter. Roll them in the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Place rolls in a baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • Whisk mustard and cream for a topping. Pour over the hot chicken.

Notes

  • Use thin ham slices for easy rolling.
  • Do not overcook the chicken.
  • Pound the meat evenly for even cooking.
  • Chill the rolls before baking to hold shape.
  • Add extra cheese for a gooier center.
