Ingredients
  

  • 10 cups of French bread cubes.
  • 2 cups of fresh blueberries.
  • 8 large eggs.
  • 2 cups of whole milk.
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
  • 3/4 cup of sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.

Instructions
 

  • Cut your French bread into small cubes. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Scatter the fresh blueberries over the bread. Make sure they are spread out evenly.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and cream in a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over the bread and berries. Press the bread down to soak it.
  • Cover the dish with foil. Put it in the fridge for three hours.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 45 to 50 minutes. It should be puffy and golden brown.
