Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour.
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1.25 cups of whole milk.
  • 1 large egg.
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries.
  • Extra butter for the hot pan.

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder together. Add the salt to the large bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk the milk and egg. Stir in the melted butter slowly.
  • Pour the wet mix into the dry mix. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix it.
  • Gently fold in the blue berries. Keep them whole for the best flavor.
  • Put butter on a medium-hot pan. Let it melt and bubble slightly.
  • Pour small circles of batter onto the pan. Wait for bubbles to form on top.
  • Flip the pancake with your spatula. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the batter rest for five minutes.
