- 6 big potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Optional a little garlic powder
- Optional a little paprika
Turn on the oven to 425°F
Peel and grate the potatoes
Grate the onion
Mix potatoes and onion together
Press out the water with paper towels
In a bowl, beat the eggs
Add oil, salt, and pepper to the eggs
Add the potato mix into the bowl
Grease the baking pan with oil
Pour the mix into the pan
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes
The top should be golden and crispy
