Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Remove the stems carefully.
Chop the stems into small pieces.
Set the mushroom caps aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add the minced garlic.
Cook for one minute.
Add the chopped mushroom stems.
Cook for three more minutes.
Mix in breadcrumbs, parmesan, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir everything together well.
Place mushroom caps on the baking sheet.
Fill each cap with the mixture.
Press down gently. Bake for 20 minutes.
The tops should be golden brown.
The cheese will be bubbly and delicious.
Take them out of the oven.
Let them cool for two minutes.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Serve warm and enjoy!
