- 1 Head ROMAINE LETTUCE
- 3 tbsp OLIVE OIL
- 1 unit LEMON JUICE
- 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
- 1 tsp HONEY
- 1 unit AVOCADO
- 1 cup CHERRY TOMATOES
- 1 pinch SALT
- 1 pinch PEPPER
Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Make sure to coat both sides very evenly.
Heat your frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil to the pan.
Place the chicken in the hot pan carefully. Cook it for six minutes on each side.
Check that the chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove it from the pan and let it rest.
Whisk the oil, lemon juice, and mustard together. Add the honey and a pinch of salt now.
Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place them into your large mixing bowl.
Slice the rested chicken into thin, beautiful strips. Keep the juices to add to the salad.
Add the chicken, tomatoes, and avocado to the bowl. Pour the fresh dressing over the top.
Toss everything together gently with your tongs. Serve it immediately while the chicken is warm.
