Preheat your oven to 375°F first.
Clean each mushroom with a damp cloth.
Remove the stems carefully from each mushroom.
Chop the stems into tiny pieces.
Set them aside for the filling later.
Brush mushroom caps with olive oil lightly.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper inside.
Mix cream cheese in your bowl until smooth.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to it.
Stir in the minced garlic thoroughly.
Add chopped mushroom stems to the mixture.
Mix in breadcrumbs and fresh parsley.
Add red pepper flakes for a kick.
Blend everything together until well combined.
Take a small spoon for this step.
Fill each mushroom cap generously with filling.
Press the filling down gently but firmly.
Make sure each cap is completely filled.
Arrange them on your prepared baking sheet.
Leave a little space between each mushroom.
Place the baking sheet in your oven.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes total.
The cheese should be bubbly and golden.
The mushrooms will look tender and juicy.
Remove from oven when done perfectly.
Let them cool for five minutes only.
Garnish with extra parsley if you like.
