Preheat your oven to 375°F first.
Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray.
This prevents sticking and makes cleanup easier.
You can also use butter instead.
Open the biscuit cans carefully.
Separate each biscuit onto your work surface.
Use a rolling pin to flatten them.
Make each biscuit about 4 inches wide.
Don't roll them too thin or too thick.
Press each flattened biscuit into muffin cups.
Make sure they cover the bottom completely.
The edges should come up the sides.
Press gently to remove any air bubbles.
Spoon one tablespoon of pizza sauce into each cup.
Don't overfill or they'll get soggy.
Spread the sauce evenly with a spoon.
Leave a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce generously.
Add 4-5 mini pepperoni slices on top.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder lightly.
Add a pinch of Parmesan cheese too.
Place the muffin tin in your preheated oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
The cheese should be bubbly and melted.
The biscuit edges should look crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Brush the edges with melted butter immediately.
This adds extra flavor and shine.
Garnish with fresh basil if you want.
Serve warm for best taste.
