  • Cocktail shaker or mixing pitcher.
  • Long stirring spoon
  • Small plate.
  • Jigger

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces of premium vodka.
  • 4 ounces of tomato juice.
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce.
  • 1 pinch of celery salt.
  • 1 pinch of black pepper.
  • 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish.
  • Ice cubes for chilling.
  • Celery stalk and lemon wedge.

Instructions
 

  • Run a lemon wedge around the glass rim. Dip the rim into celery salt.
  • Pour vodka and tomato juice into a shaker. Add lemon juice and horseradish.
  • Drop in the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Add pepper and a pinch of salt.
  • Add ice to the shaker. Shake gently or stir well to chill.
  • Fill your salted glass with fresh ice. Pour the mix in. Add celery.

Notes

  • Use high-quality tomato juice for better flavor.
  • Fresh lemon juice is better than bottled juice.
  • Do not over-shake the mix. It might get watery.
  • Add more horseradish for an extra spicy kick.
  • Chill your vodka in the freezer before using.
