Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed berries blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water.
  • Add berries to large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir berries gently until they start releasing juices.
  • Add honey and mix well with wooden spoon.
  • Bring mixture to a gentle rolling boil slowly.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Stir frequently to prevent sticking or burning.
  • Add lemon juice and vanilla extract to mixture.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and stir until well combined completely.
  • Test consistency by dropping jam on cold plate.
  • Remove from heat when jam reaches desired thickness.
  • Pour hot jam into sterilized mason jars immediately.
