Take your large bowl first.
Add flour, sugar, and baking powder together.
Put in the cinnamon and salt too.
Mix everything well with a whisk.
Make sure there are no lumps remaining.
Get your medium bowl now.
Crack the egg into it carefully.
Pour in the milk slowly.
Add the melted butter next.
Whisk until everything combines smoothly.
The mixture should look light yellow.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
Stir gently with a spoon or whisk.
Don't overmix the batter at all.
Small lumps are perfectly fine here.
Fold in the diced apple pieces now.
Heat your pan on medium flame.
Add a little butter to coat it.
Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on top.
Flip and cook the other side.
Each side takes about 2 minutes.
Stack your pancakes on a warm plate.
Top with butter, syrup, or whipped cream.
Add extra apple slices if you like.
Serve them hot for best taste.
